Instant Pot Turkey Soup Recipe: Simple & Hearty

Ingredients:
Main Ingredients
- 1 lb cooked turkey shredded
- 1 onion diced
- 2 carrots sliced
- 2 celery stalks chopped
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup uncooked pasta
Instructions:
- Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and add a bit of oil. Sauté the onion, carrots, celery, and garlic until softened.
- Add the shredded turkey, chicken broth, thyme, salt, and pepper. Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to high pressure for 10 minutes.
- Once done, do a quick release and open the lid. Add the pasta and set the Instant Pot to sauté mode again. Cook until the pasta is tender.
- Adjust seasoning if needed and serve hot.
