Ingredients:

  • 1 lb cooked turkey shredded
  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 carrots sliced
  • 2 celery stalks chopped
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup uncooked pasta

Instructions: 

  • Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and add a bit of oil. Sauté the onion, carrots, celery, and garlic until softened.
