Instant Pot BBQ Brisket Recipe: Juicy & Tender

Ingredients:
Main Ingredients
- 3-4 lb beef brisket
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 onion, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
Instructions:
- Season the brisket with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
- Place the sliced onion and minced garlic in the Instant Pot.
- Pour in the beef broth and place the seasoned brisket on top.
- Pour BBQ sauce over the brisket.
- Close the Instant Pot lid, set to high pressure for 90 minutes.
- Once done, allow for natural pressure release for 15 minutes, then quick release.
