Instructions:
Season the brisket with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
Place the sliced onion and minced garlic in the Instant Pot.
Pour in the beef broth and place the seasoned brisket on top.
Pour BBQ sauce over the brisket.
Close the Instant Pot lid, set to high pressure for 90 minutes.
Once done, allow for natural pressure release for 15 minutes, then quick release.
Remove the brisket, slice or shred, and serve with the BBQ sauce from the pot.
Notes:
For extra flavor, you can marinate the brisket overnight with the seasonings and BBQ sauce.
