  • 1 cup of rice
  • 2 cups of chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Place all the ingredients in your Instant Pot.
  2. Set it to 'Pressure Cook' for 10 minutes.
  3. Once done, let it naturally release for 5 minutes, then do a quick release.
  4. Fluff the rice, slice the chicken, and serve.

2. Beef Stew

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb beef stew meat
  • 3 carrots, chopped
  • 2 potatoes, cubed
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 cups of beef broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Brown the beef using the 'Sauté' function of your Instant Pot.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Set your Instant Pot to 'Pressure Cook' for 20 minutes.
  4. Allow it to naturally release for 10 minutes, then do a quick release.
  5. Stir well and serve.

3. Lentil Soup

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of lentils
  • 1 carrot, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 4 cups of vegetable broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Using the 'Sauté' function, cook the onions and garlic until they're soft.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Set your Instant Pot to 'Pressure Cook' for 15 minutes.
  4. Allow it to naturally release for 10 minutes, then do a quick release.
  5. Stir well and serve.
