- 1 kg Beef, cubed
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 large Onion, chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 large Tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tbsp Tomato paste
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 4 cups Beef broth
- 2 large Carrots, sliced
- 2 large Potatoes, cubed

Instructions:
- Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the beef and brown on all sides.
- Add the chopped onion and garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is soft.
