Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 pound stew meat seasoned with salt and pepper
  • 2 large potatoes diced
  • 2 carrots carrots sliced
  • 1 onion onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 package Japanese curry roux
