Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions: 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine flour and salt.
  • Add water and vegetable oil, mix until dough forms.
  • Transfer dough to a floured surface and knead for a few minutes.
  • Divide dough into 8 equal parts, roll each into a ball.
  • Roll each ball into a thin circle using a rolling pin.
  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, cook each tortilla for about 1 minute on each side.

Notes:

Keep tortillas warm in a towel until ready to serve.
