Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup Cooked chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 whole Avocado, diced
  • 1/2 cup Blue cheese, crumbled
  • 2 whole Hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Ranch dressing

Instructions: 

  • 1. Cook the bacon in a frying pan until crispy. Let it cool and crumble it.
  • 2. In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, diced chicken, halved cherry tomatoes, crumbled bacon, diced avocado, crumbled blue cheese, chopped hard-boiled eggs, and thinly sliced red onion.
  • 3. Drizzle the ranch dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  • 4. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to substitute the ranch dressing with your favorite dressing.
