Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 2/3 cup Warm water
  • 2 tablespoons Plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
  • 2. Add the warm water, yogurt, and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
  • 3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
  • 4. Divide the dough into 8 pieces and roll each piece into a ball.
  • 5. Roll out each ball into a flat circle using a rolling pin.
  • 6. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook each naan for 1-2 minutes on each side until browned and puffed.

Notes:

Best served warm with butter or garlic.
