Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet, cook ground turkey over medium heat until browned. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
Stir in cream of mushroom soup and sour cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
In a baking dish, combine cooked egg noodles and turkey mixture. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes:
Feel free to add mushrooms or other veggies to the mix for extra flavor and nutrition.
