Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a skillet, cook ground turkey over medium heat until browned. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
  • Stir in cream of mushroom soup and sour cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • In a baking dish, combine cooked egg noodles and turkey mixture. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes:

Feel free to add mushrooms or other veggies to the mix for extra flavor and nutrition.
