Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 can Dairy-free Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 cup Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 1 bag Frozen Tater Tots
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain the fat.
  • Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  • Stir in the dairy-free cream of mushroom soup and frozen mixed vegetables. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Top with an even layer of frozen tater tots.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

This recipe is perfect for a family dinner or a potluck. You can also add your favorite seasonings to the meat mixture for extra flavor.
