Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked prime rib, cubed
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup chopped onion
  • 0.5 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together.
  • Transfer mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top.

Notes:

Great way to use up leftover prime rib!
