Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Layer the sliced plantains in a greased baking dish.
In a bowl, mix the grated cheese, milk, beaten eggs, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the mixture over the plantains.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the top is golden and the casserole is set.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
For a spicier version, add some chopped jalapeños to the mixture.
