Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 8 oz Mushrooms sliced
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Butter for greasing

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish with butter.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Add salt and pepper.
  • Stir in sliced mushrooms and shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden and the eggs are set.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

You can add other vegetables like spinach or bell peppers for extra flavor.
