Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Press the meat mixture into a baking dish to form a meatloaf base.
In another bowl, mix cooked macaroni, milk, and shredded cheese. Spread this mixture over the meatloaf base.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add some veggies like peas or carrots to the macaroni mixture for added nutrition.
