Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 cups Elbow Macaroni cooked
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Press the meat mixture into a baking dish to form a meatloaf base.
  • In another bowl, mix cooked macaroni, milk, and shredded cheese. Spread this mixture over the meatloaf base.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add some veggies like peas or carrots to the macaroni mixture for added nutrition.
