Ingredients:

  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups kale, chopped
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  • Add the chopped kale, shredded cheddar cheese, salt, and black pepper to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes, or until the casserole is set and the top is golden brown.
  • Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
