  • 1 lb halibut fillets cut into chunks
  • 1 cup mushrooms sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated cheese cheddar or your choice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the halibut chunks, sliced mushrooms, heavy cream, grated cheese, salt, and black pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
