Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, heavy cream, eggs, vanilla extract, sugar, and salt.
Add the torn croissant pieces to the mixture and gently stir to coat them evenly.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the custard is set.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
