Ingredients:

  • 4 cups chopped celery
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine chopped celery, bread crumbs, shredded cheese, milk, melted butter, salt, and pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Feel free to add other vegetables or spices to taste.
