Ingredients:

  • 1 loaf Brioche bread cut into cubes
  • 6 Eggs
  • 2 cups Eggnog
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp Ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, eggnog, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, nutmeg, and cinnamon.
  • Place the brioche cubes into a greased baking dish.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the bread cubes, making sure all pieces are well coated.
  • Let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes to allow the bread to soak up the liquid.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

For an extra touch, you can sprinkle powdered sugar or drizzle maple syrup over the top before serving.
