Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded beef, chopped onions, minced garlic, diced tomatoes, beef broth, and cooked rice. Mix well.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
