Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine cooked rice, refried beans, salsa, cumin, and chili powder. Mix well.
Spread the mixture into a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Notes:
You can add some chopped jalapeños for extra heat or top with fresh cilantro before serving.
