Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked rice
  • 1 can Refried beans
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cooked rice, refried beans, salsa, cumin, and chili powder. Mix well.
  • Spread the mixture into a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes:

You can add some chopped jalapeños for extra heat or top with fresh cilantro before serving.
