Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Potatoes, shredded
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the shredded potatoes and half of the cheese to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  • Bake for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and the casserole is set.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add cooked bacon or sausage for extra flavor.
