Ingredients:

  • 12 oz spaghetti uncooked
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the marinara sauce, ricotta cheese, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the cooked spaghetti to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the sauce mixture.
  • Transfer the spaghetti mixture to a greased baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of mozzarella cheese on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
