Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Bratwurst
  • 3 cups Potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine diced potatoes, chopped onion, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Place bratwursts in a baking dish and cover with the potato mixture.
  • Pour milk over the mixture and dot with butter.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.

Notes:

Let the casserole sit for a few minutes before serving to allow it to set.
