Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups cooked egg noodles
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add the chopped onion and green bell pepper to the skillet. Cook until softened.
  • Stir in the corn, tomato soup, and cream of mushroom soup. Mix well.
  • Fold in the cooked egg noodles and half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes:

Feel free to add more vegetables or spices to suit your taste.
