Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Sausage sliced
  • 2 cups Potatoes diced
  • 1 cup Carrots sliced
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine sausage, potatoes, carrots, and onion.
  • Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish.
  • Pour chicken broth over the mixture and season with salt and pepper.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or peas.
