Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sliced yellow squash
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup crushed tortilla chips
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine squash, onion, cheese, sour cream, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour mixture into a baking dish and top with crushed tortilla chips.
  • Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
