Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, corn, black beans, and salsa. Mix well.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish and spread evenly.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the mixture.
Prepare the cornbread mix according to the package instructions and spread it over the cheese layer.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cornbread is golden brown and cooked through.
Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

This casserole can be made ahead and refrigerated. Just bake it when you're ready to eat.
