Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ham diced
  • 1 package Pierogis frozen
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tbsp Butter melted
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, milk, melted butter, garlic powder, and onion powder. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Layer the frozen pierogis in a baking dish. Top with diced ham.
  • Pour the sour cream mixture over the pierogis and ham. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add some veggies like peas or broccoli for extra nutrition.
