Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, milk, melted butter, garlic powder, and onion powder. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Layer the frozen pierogis in a baking dish. Top with diced ham.
Pour the sour cream mixture over the pierogis and ham. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add some veggies like peas or broccoli for extra nutrition.
