Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
In a large bowl, combine cooked beef, uncooked rice, beef broth, French onion soup, and butter. Mix well.
Pour mixture into a baking dish. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove foil, sprinkle shredded cheese on top, and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
For a twist, try adding mushrooms or bell peppers.
