Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 1 cup Chopped Celery
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 cup Cooked Chow Mein Noodles
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add chopped onion and celery to the skillet and cook until tender.
  • Stir in cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, and cooked chow mein noodles. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

This casserole is perfect for a quick weeknight dinner. You can also add other vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms for extra flavor.
