Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add chopped onion and celery to the skillet and cook until tender.
Stir in cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, and cooked chow mein noodles. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes:
This casserole is perfect for a quick weeknight dinner. You can also add other vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms for extra flavor.
