Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1 can green beans (14.5 oz, drained)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bag frozen tater tots (32 oz)

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, cream of mushroom soup, and drained green beans. Mix well.
  • Spread the mixture evenly in a 9x13 baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the mixture.
  • Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer on top of the cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
  • Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like corn or peas for extra flavor.
