Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium heat until the beef is no longer pink.
  • Stir in the cooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, salt, and pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
