Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium heat until the beef is no longer pink.
Stir in the cooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, salt, and pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
