Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked salmon, flaked
  • 1 cup cooked pasta
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cooked salmon, pasta, and peas.
  • In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour, salt, and pepper until smooth. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until thickened.
  • Pour sauce over salmon mixture and stir to combine. Transfer to a baking dish.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.

Notes:

Feel free to add other veggies like carrots or bell peppers.
