  • 1 cup Milk
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 loaf French bread cut into cubes

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the ricotta cheese, milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and sugar until smooth.
  • Place the bread cubes in a baking dish and pour the ricotta mixture over the bread, ensuring all pieces are coated.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is set.

Notes:
