taco seasoning

salsa

black beans
drained and rinsed

corn

corn tortillas
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add the taco seasoning and salsa to the beef. Stir well and let it simmer for a few minutes.
In a baking dish, layer 4 tortillas to cover the bottom.
Spread half of the beef mixture over the tortillas. Add half of the beans, corn, and cheese.
Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients, finishing with a layer of cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
