Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 can black beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 can corn drained
  • 2 cups shredded cheese Mexican blend
  • 12 pieces corn tortillas

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add the taco seasoning and salsa to the beef. Stir well and let it simmer for a few minutes.
  • In a baking dish, layer 4 tortillas to cover the bottom.
  • Spread half of the beef mixture over the tortillas. Add half of the beans, corn, and cheese.
  • Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients, finishing with a layer of cheese on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Feel free to add more veggies or spices to suit your taste.
