Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Kidney beans cooked
  • 1 cup Tomato sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the kidney beans, tomato sauce, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  • Pour the mixture into a casserole dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
