Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
  • 6 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 10 minutes.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.
  • Place the steamed cauliflower in a baking dish and pour the egg mixture over it.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
  • Let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables or spices to customize this casserole to your liking.
