Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 10 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.
Place the steamed cauliflower in a baking dish and pour the egg mixture over it.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
Let it cool slightly before serving.
