Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Chopped Onions
  • 2 cups Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 cups Cooked Pasta
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add the chopped onions to the skillet and cook until they are translucent.
  • Stir in the diced tomatoes, salt, and black pepper. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta and the beef mixture. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

This casserole is great for holiday gatherings and can be prepared a day in advance.
