Ingredients:

  • 4 cups cooked turkey, shredded
  • 3 cups prepared dressing (stuffing)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables, thawed

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the turkey, dressing, chicken broth, cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, and mixed vegetables.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is heated through.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

This casserole is a great way to use up leftover turkey and dressing from the holidays. Feel free to substitute the mixed vegetables with your favorite veggies.
