black beans, drained and rinsed

ground beef or turkey

taco seasoning

shredded cheese

salsa
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the rice according to package instructions.
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef or turkey until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add the taco seasoning to the meat and cook according to the packet instructions.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, seasoned meat, black beans, corn, and salsa. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

You can add toppings like sour cream, avocado, or cilantro if you like.
