drained and rinsed
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add the taco seasoning and water according to the seasoning packet instructions. Simmer for a few minutes.
Stir in the cooked macaroni, diced tomatoes, black beans, and sour cream. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Notes:
You can add some chopped green onions or cilantro on top for extra flavor.
