Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Slice the zucchini and place it in a baking dish.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the zucchini and season with salt and pepper.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese and breadcrumbs evenly over the zucchini.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
