Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Spread the cubed bread evenly in the dish.
Sprinkle the drained pineapple over the bread.
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cream, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Pour the egg mixture over the bread and pineapple.
Drizzle melted butter over the top.
Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown and set.
Notes:
Best served warm with a drizzle of maple syrup.
