Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the Beyond Meat, chopped onions, minced garlic, tomato sauce, vegetable broth, and frozen peas. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Sprinkle the shredded vegan cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
