Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 package Beyond Meat thawed
  • 1 cup Chopped Onions
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 1 cup Vegetable Broth
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas
  • 1 cup Shredded Vegan Cheese
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the Beyond Meat, chopped onions, minced garlic, tomato sauce, vegetable broth, and frozen peas. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Sprinkle the shredded vegan cheese on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes:

This casserole is perfect for a cozy dinner. Feel free to add more veggies if you like!
