Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • 2 cups cooked pasta
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Gradually whisk in the milk, cooking until the mixture thickens. Add salt and pepper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, smoked salmon, and cheese. Pour the sauce over and mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.

Notes:

Feel free to add some veggies like peas or spinach for extra nutrition.
