Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Gradually whisk in the milk, cooking until the mixture thickens. Add salt and pepper.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, smoked salmon, and cheese. Pour the sauce over and mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
Notes:
Feel free to add some veggies like peas or spinach for extra nutrition.
