Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Frozen French fries
  • 2 cups Cheese curds
  • 2 cups Beef gravy
  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 medium Onion, diced
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Spread the frozen French fries in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes or until crispy.
  • While the fries are baking, heat the olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the diced onion and cook until translucent.
  • Add the ground beef to the saucepan and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  • In a baking dish, layer half of the baked fries, followed by half of the ground beef mixture, and half of the cheese curds. Repeat the layers.
  • Pour the beef gravy evenly over the top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
