Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Spread the frozen French fries in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes or until crispy.
While the fries are baking, heat the olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the diced onion and cook until translucent.
Add the ground beef to the saucepan and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
In a baking dish, layer half of the baked fries, followed by half of the ground beef mixture, and half of the cheese curds. Repeat the layers.
Pour the beef gravy evenly over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
