Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 large Napa cabbage, chopped
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic until beef is browned.
  • Add chopped Napa cabbage and cook until wilted.
  • Stir in cream of mushroom soup and season with salt and pepper.
  • Transfer mixture to a casserole dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden.

Notes:

Feel free to add other veggies like carrots or bell peppers for extra flavor.
