Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Chopped Onions
  • 2 cups Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas
  • 2 cups Mashed Potatoes

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  • Add the chopped onions and cook until they are soft.
  • Stir in the diced tomatoes and frozen peas. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Spread the mashed potatoes over the top of the mixture.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes:

Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
