Mashed Potatoes
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
Add the chopped onions and cook until they are soft.
Stir in the diced tomatoes and frozen peas. Cook for another 5 minutes.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
Spread the mashed potatoes over the top of the mixture.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes:
Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
